Our apartment is a luxury 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in the exclusive Albatros Residential development in the town of Los Alcazares on the Costa Calida. The apartment will sleep 4 comfortably and up to 6 occasionally using the sofa bed in the lounge. It is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated and benefits from SKY TV and DVD player in the lounge along with dining for 6 and a fully fitted separate kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven & hob.
The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and is on the second floor of the complex, which is easily accessed via the lifts.

Albatros Residential

Albatros Residential has secure gated access and benefits from a superb 20 metre pool with separate children’s pool and landscaped gardens with water features. It is a mere 7-8 minute stroll from the white sand beaches of the Mar Menor, whose crystal clear, shallow waters are ideal for families and children.

Location

Los Alcazares is just a 5 minute drive from the local San Javier/Murcia airport and around 50-55 minutes from Alicante. A major international airport for the Murcia Region, scheduled for completion in 2011 is currently under development at Corvera, about 20 minutes from Los Alcazares.
Los Alcazares is well connected to other places of interest in the region via the recently upgraded motorway network.
The capital of the region, Murcia City can be reached by car in about 35 minutes, or by train from the nearby towns of Balsicas or Torre Pacheco, both of which are about a 10 minute drive from Los Alcazares.
Murcia has a variety of historic and modern interests including its imposing Cathedral, the Casino, designer shopping and a multitude of flower filled plazas in which you can while away an hour or three with a drink and some tapas.
A bit closer to home is Spain’s oldest port, Cartagena around a 20 minute drive away. Like Murcia Cartagena has some great shopping, Roman ruins and the recently re-developed harbour area with the world’s oldest submarine on display.
